SMS Terms & Consent

1. Program description

HighPoint Solutions sends service and follow-up text messages related to your free statement analysis: upload links, analysis status, your results link, appointment scheduling and reminders, and related follow-ups (the “Program”). Some messages are sent by an automated assistant on behalf of HighPoint Solutions; it will always identify itself as such if asked, and you can request a human at any time by replying that you’d like to speak to a person.

2. Consent

By checking the SMS consent box on our forms (or by texting us first), you agree to receive text messages from HighPoint Solutions at the mobile number you provided, including messages sent using automated technology. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. We record when and where consent was given, and the version of the terms you agreed to.

3. Message frequency

Message frequency varies depending on where you are in the analysis process — typically a handful of messages around your upload, results and any appointment.

4. Fees

Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile plan. HighPoint Solutions does not charge for the messages themselves.

5. Opting out

Reply STOP at any time to cancel. After you send STOP, we will send one final message confirming you have been unsubscribed, and no further messages will be sent unless you re-subscribe. You can also opt out via the contact form.

6. Help

7. Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission from your network operator and is outside our control.

8. Eligibility and accuracy

The Program is intended for US mobile numbers belonging to you. You agree to notify us if you change or give up the mobile number you enrolled with, so messages are not sent to a reassigned number.

9. Privacy

Information handled through the Program is treated as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your mobile number, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

10. Changes

We may update these SMS terms; the current version is always posted here. Material changes will be communicated in the Program itself.
