1. Who we are
HighPoint Solutions (“HighPoint,” “we,” “us”) provides payment-processing services and free merchant-statement analyses to US businesses. This policy explains what we collect through this website and our services, how we use it, and the choices you have. Questions or requests: use the contact form or write to info@highpointsolutionsgroup.com.
2. What we collect
- Contact and business details you give us — business name, your name, email, mobile number, website, state, and approximate monthly card volume.
- Merchant statements and related documents you upload — these can contain sensitive business and banking information; see section 4 for how they are protected. Please never upload card numbers, PINs, passwords or banking login credentials — we do not need them and will never ask for them.
- Communications — messages you exchange with us by SMS, email, phone or the contact form, including records of consent and opt-out.
- Usage and attribution data — pages viewed, form interactions, and campaign parameters (for example UTM tags and ad click IDs) when you arrive from an ad, so we know which advertising works. We use first-party analytics events for this.
- Technical data — IP address, browser type and similar log data used for security and troubleshooting.
3. How we use it
- To produce your statement analysis and communicate the results to you.
- To respond to your inquiries and, with your consent, send SMS updates about your analysis and appointments (see SMS Terms).
- To arrange calls, proposals and — if you proceed — your processing setup.
- To measure and improve our website and advertising. We do not send your statement contents or analysis figures to advertising platforms.
- To meet legal, security and record-keeping obligations.
4. How statements are stored
Uploaded documents are transmitted over HTTPS, encrypted at rest, stored under access controls in private storage (never a public folder), and viewed only by the small number of people who work on your analysis. Access is logged. We do not sell your documents or data, and we do not share statement contents with marketing platforms. You may ask us to delete your uploaded documents at any time using the contact details above, and we will do so unless a legal obligation requires retention.
5. When we share information
- Service providers that help us operate — such as hosting, CRM, SMS delivery and e-signature services — bound to use your information only to provide those services.
- Processing partners — only if you choose to proceed with a proposal, and only what is needed to set up your account.
- Legal — if required by law, or to protect our rights, users or systems.
We do not sell personal information.
6. Retention
We keep information for as long as needed for the purposes above: analysis documents while your review is active and for a reasonable period afterwards; business records and consent evidence as required by law. When information is no longer needed, it is deleted or de-identified.
7. Your choices
- Ask what information we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it.
- Opt out of SMS at any time by replying STOP; opt out of marketing email via the unsubscribe link or by contacting us.
- Decline to provide optional information — the analysis needs only your statement and a way to reach you.
Depending on your state, you may have additional privacy rights; we honor valid requests regardless of state.
8. Cookies and similar technologies
This site keeps things minimal: we use browser session storage to remember campaign attribution during your visit and first-party events to measure the site. If we adopt advertising pixels or cookies that require notice or consent, we will update this policy and our banners accordingly.
9. Children
Our services are for businesses and are not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
10. Changes
If we change this policy, we will post the new version here with a new “last updated” date. Material changes will be flagged more prominently.
